              Military Medical
Duties and Responsibilities:Perform inventory and financial management procedures, including ordering, receiving and storing supplies
  • Load, unload and move stock using equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
  • Perform quality control, property management and repair parts management

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
Education:Medical students spend the second half of medical school working in medical settings under the supervision of physicians.

The FBI Special Agent is an esteemed position reserved for individuals who are committed to upholding the values and ideals of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. FBI Special Agents are trustworthy and honorable, and they possess a strict moral compass and a commitment to protecting the nation’s economy and infrastructure, while upholding democracy.FBI special agents conduct sensitive national security investigations into a variety of criminal activities. They investigate violations of federal statutes such as incidents of organized crime, terrorism, interstate criminal activity, foreign counterintelligence, extortion, white-collar crime, bribery and drug trafficking. Special agents execute warrants, gather evidence and testify in federal court. They may also interview witnesses or suspects to obtain intelligence on illegal activities. Filing forms, preparing reports and keeping records are other important tasks involved with this FBI career.

                            X-Ray Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:Medical x-ray technicians create x-ray images of parts of the human body using radio graphic equipment, to assist in the diagnosis of medical problems. Medical x-ray technicians are often referred to as radiographers or radio logic technicians. These professionals typically need an associate's degree, and some states require licensure or certification.
Salary:$37,610- $55,870
Education:Individuals interested in this growing field need an associate's degree, as well as state licensure, to gain employment. They also can earn voluntary certification through the American Registry of Radio logic Technologists (ARRT). The following table shows requirements common to becoming a certified X-ray technician.
Demand for this profession:Students follow many paths into radio logic technology. Some attend two-year programs based in hospitals. Other students enroll in two-year programs at community colleges or technical schools, earning an associate degree. And others choose to attend four-year programs at universities and colleges, graduating with a bachelor's degree. With nearly 1,000 accredited programs in the United States, there is probably a radio logic technology school near you.

Education:Doctoral degrees are necessary for all psychologists who work directly with patients; master's degrees will suffice for some positions
Demand this Profession:Some psychologists work independently, conducting research, consulting with clients, or working with patients. Others work as part of a healthcare team, collaborating with physicians and social workers or in school settings, working with students, teachers, parents, and other educators. Those in private practice often work evenings and weekends to accommodate clients.
