Obedience
"When obedience becomes our goal, it is no longer an irritation; instead of a stumbling block, it becomes a building block."
Reflection: I believe that James is trying to say that once you accomplish a goal that you have been trying to accomplish is not irritation but success. You will be proud of yourself. But if you stumble you will fall and not make success. If you build blocks you will be building up your life and accomplishing your goals. Life is not easy but if you try hard success would come to you.

          "We were born to be real not to be perfect"

  This means that everyone has feelings that everyone is real. And that you shouldn't try to be someone that your not just be yourself because if you try to be someone that your not you will only be hurting yourself. People are not perfect we all make mistakes we are all real. we all have problems, we all feel, we all eat, we all live.
For example you are trying to be perfect and you give up because its hard don't worry we are all real not perfect. no one is perfect not even the most successful person on Earth!! There is a lot of people who struggle, have problems, worry a lot, feels alone, are depress, trust me your not the only one there is thousands of people out there with the same problems.

"Obedience... is the primary object of all sound education."
Reflection: I believe what she means is that if you are obedience you have a good education. I relate to this because all the obedience I've been has turn into good education. For example if your are obedience by doing your work you will have good grades and get rewarded for those good grades. You will also have respect form other people and if you have a good education you will have a good job. 

Dermatologist

Duties and responsibilities: Dermatologists are physicians who treat conditions related to the skin, though they may also treat disorders related to the hair and nails.

Salary: $100,000 - $500,000

Education: Dermatologist must complete a doctoral degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine at an accredited school. This development takes up to four years.

Reflection: I wouldn’t like to be a Dermatologist because it didn’t get me interested. Also because it is a long processes to develop.

Reflection: I believe that David Bednar is right that obedience is the central of becoming, being, and remaining happy because people will have trust on you and believe in you. And that will make you happy.

Dentist

Duties and Responsibilities: A Dentist is the one that

checks your teeth, gum diseases, cavities, remove thooth

decay. They also diagnose and treat problems with the

brushing, flossing, and all the other aspects of dental care.

Salary: $123,198 - $203,599

Education: You will need a Bachelor’s degree prior to

admission to dental school. You also need a doctoral

degree in dental medicine or dental surgery.
